All services are offered via teletherapy only.
Individual Therapy - 50-55 minutes - $150
Couples Therapy - 75 minutes - $195
I do not accept insurance, but am happy to offer a superbill if your insurance will cover out-of-network care. The best way to find this out is to contact your insurance directly.
I am not a crisis counselor and am not able to provide therapy outside of our scheduled sessions. Should you need immediate support, you can receive confidential care by texting the mental health crisis text line at 741741, calling the suicide and crisis lifeline at 988, or by calling 911 or going to your local emergency room.
